My current work centres on the use of amateur, commercial and institutional photographic archives to produce sequences of paintings that address social and historical themes through the lived experience of their subjects.
I am particularly interested in employing a hybrid of the techniques, conventions and traditions of painting and photography to explore the possibilities for the re-engagement
