I’ve been thinking a lot about how Axis can develop a fantastically useful resource for those of you organising contemporary art exhibitions, events, festivals; looking for speakers for your talks series; an art consultant to evaluate a contemporary art project; a top-notch photographer who knows how to photograph gallery installations without turning the photos into ‘artworks’…

I’m also fantasising about a trip down to the Folkestone Triennial; I need my dosage of sea, fish and chips and art (in that order). I’d like to see/hear A K Dolven’s installation ‘Out of Tune’ on the sea front. I imagine it will be beautiful, melancholic and a little bit spooky.
